All of Tumble Gems' jewelry essences are hand-crafted and designed to enhance and express that beautifully chic inner and outer you.  I use quality materials of  natural feathers, wood, gemstone, glass, crystal, or stone beads, lead-free/safe antiqued brass, copper, gold- or silver-tone metal beads, clasps, and accents to create uniquely-designed, affordable pieces. 
Refunds and Exchanges

I pride myself in providing excellent customer service, communication, and prompt responses to all inquiries.  As a valued customer, your complete satisfaction is my ultimate goal, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please don’t hesitate to contact me within 7 days and I will do everything possible to resolve your issue or concern.  Should you decide on a refund, please repackage and return the item(s) to me within 14 days of delivery, and upon receipt I will gladly issue you a refund via the method by which you paid, i.e., PayPal, credit, etc.  **PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT RETURN AND RESHIP POSTAGE IS AT YOUR EXPENSE.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  When returning items, I strongly recommend that you insure your package to cover its value and obtain a tracking number.  In the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit, the tracking number and insurance will assure that you can recover your purchase costs, as **TUMBLE GEMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS TRANSPORTS AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGE OR LOSS, AND THEREFORE CANNOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND.

DAMAGED ITEMS - If you find that upon receipt your shipment has been damaged, please contact me immediately, and if my inventory allows, I will replace the item(s), or gladly issue you a refund.  You will be required to return the *damaged item(s) along with the damaged packaging before a replacement can be sent or a refund issued.  **PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT RETURN AND RESHIP POSTAGE IS AT YOUR EXPENSE.

Tumble Gems & Essences orders are made to order and shipped within 3 days upon receipt of your order via USPS Standard First-Class Mail.  You will receive an e-mail notification indicating that your order has been shipped.  For US purchases please allow 2 to 7 days from the ship date for delivery, and up to 15 to 20 days for Canada and the United Kingdom depending upon a smooth transition through Customs.  Shipments are daily Monday through Saturday from Marietta, Georgia. via USPS Standard First-Class Mail.
